Well here are the first glimpses of this batch of cheese. There are three different sorts -- a neufchatel/boursin style which is ready now, a soft cheese thing which will be ready in a couple of days and the camembert style cheese which will be several weeks. And in fact with the later, given the battering it took trying to flip it over this morning it might not get that far. Still, here's the boursin.
